Real estate is the only career I've ever had. I started investing in Colorado over 12 years ago and never looked back. This is it. Over time I've developed deep expertise across short-term, mid-term, long-term, and commercial assets, but STR is where I've built the sharpest edge.

I spent years studying STR data obsessively — building my own analytics tools, underwriting models, and market dashboards from scratch. That work eventually led me to consult for STR software and data companies, helping them understand what actually matters when evaluating deals. It sharpened my thinking and gave me an inside view of what the best operators in the industry are doing.

Revenue optimization is another area where I've gone deep. Dynamic pricing, channel strategy, yield management, demand forecasting — I practiced all of it at a level that had me seriously considering launching a standalone revenue management company. I ultimately decided the bigger opportunity was combining that expertise with everything else: deal sourcing, underwriting, design, setup, and operations.

What makes Covest different is the team behind it. I work with top-tier STR interior designers, vetted local GCs, and a professional hospitality operations staff. My job is to run that team — and to make sure every decision is made through the lens of an investor who has skin in the same game as you. We work with both turnkey properties and those in disrepair, and we know how to unlock value in either case.

Covest LLC is a licensed Colorado real estate brokerage (license IC.100112047), and I'm its broker (license IR.100066325). Covest acts as your buyer's agent, sourcing the deal, negotiating and closing. After closing, Covest Setup LLC furnishes and stages the property. Then AirSimplicity takes it live and manages it ongoing, alongside my own portfolio. You don't lift a finger.
